B2B and wholesale, on any Shopify plan
Since April 2026, Shopify's native B2B works on Basic, Grow, and Advanced, not just Plus. Here's what each gets, accurately:
- Basic, Grow, Advanced: company profiles, payment terms, volume pricing, and up to 3 active B2B catalogs (assigned through Markets).
- Shopify Plus adds: unlimited catalogs for customer-specific pricing, catalogs assigned directly to companies and locations, deposits, and partial payments.
- What we build on top, on any plan: a trade application form, an approval flow, a wholesale-only collection or quick-order page, and tiered pricing using Shopify's built-in tools or one vetted app.
We check what your plan includes before we build anything, and we won't tell you to upgrade to Plus unless you need it.
Which plan fits
- Scale ($1,990/mo): most active stores. Adds Shopping, retargeting, and YouTube, 10 ad sets a month, landing or funnel tests, a weekly call, and replies within 1 business day.
- Growth ($990/mo): smaller stores and stores just starting paid traffic. Google and Meta ads, 2 landing pages, conversion tracking, and a monthly call.
You pay Shopify, your apps, and your ad spend directly; we take no cut. We confirm your store's monthly scope in writing before you sign.
- No build fee, no setup fee, no cut of ad spend. You pay Google and Meta directly (we suggest at least $500/mo per platform).
- 6-month minimum, then month to month.
- Yours from day one: domain, ad accounts, content, and customer data.
- Yours after 24 months: the site's code and design, free. Or buy out sooner: 10× your monthly fee in year one, 5× in year two.
- Live within 30 days of getting your content and access, or your next month is free.
Need a fully custom storefront?
Some brands outgrow themes entirely. For them we build headless Shopify storefronts with Hydrogen or Next.js, quoted up front and spread over 24 months. Most stores don't need it, and we'll tell you if yours does.

Do you manage regular Shopify stores, or only headless?
Both. Most of our Shopify work is on regular theme-based stores: design, products, apps, wholesale, and ads. Headless (Hydrogen or Next.js) is available for brands that truly need a custom storefront.
Do I need Shopify Plus for wholesale?
Usually not. Since April 2026, Basic, Grow, and Advanced include company profiles, payment terms, volume pricing, and up to 3 active B2B catalogs. Plus adds unlimited catalogs for customer-specific pricing, direct catalog assignment to companies and locations, deposits, and partial payments. We check what you need before recommending an upgrade.
How fast do changes go live?

Will you cut down our apps?
Yes. We audit every app, remove what's unused, replace overlapping apps, and clean up code left behind by old ones. Nothing is removed without your OK.
Can you migrate us from WooCommerce, Squarespace, or Wix?
Yes. We move products, variants, and customers, plus as much order history as the old platform's export allows, set up redirects from old URLs to protect search rankings, and test checkout before switching the domain. We confirm the scope in writing before you start.
Who owns the store?
You do, always. The Shopify store, the Shopify account, your domain, products, customer and order data, and ad accounts stay in your name. We work inside them with staff access, which you control.
