How we work on it every month
A site isn't finished at launch. Each month we ship the changes you ask for (2 updates on Site, 4 on Growth), watch where visitors drop off, and fix it.
- Requests: send them in one place; each is assigned to the right person, and you can see who did what and when.
- Replies: within 3 business days on Site and Growth, 1 business day on Scale.
- Hosting and security: handled. You never inherit a server login you didn't ask for.

Is there really no build fee?
Yes. The custom website comes with the monthly plan, starting with Site at $299/mo. There's no build fee and no setup fee.
Do I need an app or just a website?
Most businesses need the website first. An app makes sense when push notifications, offline use, or device features matter to your customers. Our app vs website guide walks through it.
What does a bigger build cost?
Platforms, portals, and marketplaces are quoted up front. We invest in the build and you pay monthly over 24 months, so a $15,000 build is $625/mo. Most ship in two to three months.
Who owns the code?
The site's code and design transfer to you free after 24 months on a plan, or earlier by buyout (10× your monthly fee in year one, 5× in year two). Apps also transfer after 24 months. Your domain and data are yours from day one.
What if I want to leave?
Plans have a 6-month minimum, then run month to month. To keep the site before 24 months, buy it out. Your domain, ad accounts, content, and data stay yours either way.
