uvuv: sun safety, demystified.

Weather apps give you a UV number and leave you to guess. uvuv takes your skin type, the live UV where you're standing, and whatever SPF you're wearing, then tells you how many minutes you have before you burn.

What Nabee Studio built

Brand strategy, naming and identity, UI/UX design, web app engineering, and algorithm design. uvuv began as a web app so anyone could use it instantly, and graduated to a native iOS release on the App Store. The current version adds camera skin-check tools, hourly UV forecasts, and SPF reminders. uvuv.co is the home of the student-led nonprofit behind the app: sunscreen education, school partnerships, and community dispenser programs.
